Founded by Joe Rainer, Rainer Painting Company has brought quality paint jobs to South Jersey since 1988. Joe earned a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, a CPA, and an MBA from Drexel University. Joe successfully ran Rainer Painting for over thirty years before handing the business over to his children, Sara and Joe, who have been part of the company for the last 15 years.

Sara and Joe grew up working with their father. They worked it through high school, college, and beyond. Sara studied business at Drexel University and has used her education to take care of the behind-the-scenes action for Rainer Painting. Joe graduated from Bowling Green State University and has taken the lead out in the field. Joe has learned the business from the ground up. Initially, he started working as a painter’s helper before moving up to a painter. After some time as a painter, Joe became a foreman for various projects. After years on job site after job site, Joe took on the role of an estimator and project manager.
